KSCASI THESIS AWARD — KSCASICON 2027, Tumakuru
Before you begin: Each institute may forward a maximum of two postgraduate theses. The applicant must be a registered delegate of KSCASICON 2027.
You need to upload only two PDFs: (1) the thesis, and (2) a single consolidated PDF containing all supporting documents. Each PDF must not exceed 10 MB.
Only one submission per author is allowed. An applicant (identified by ASI Number or Email) who has already submitted cannot submit again.

  • Covering Letter addressed to the Secretary, KSCASI
  • HOD Endorsement on Institute Letterhead
  • ASI Life Membership Certificate / Card
  • Postgraduate Registration Certificate (optional)

  2. This is one of the maximum two theses being forwarded by my institute for the KSCASI Thesis Award 2027.
  3. I have registered for KSCASICON 2027 and my registration details furnished above are true.
  4. I have appeared / will be appearing for the MS final year examination in the academic year stated above.
  5. I am a Full Life Member of the Association of Surgeons of India, or I undertake to convert my Associate Life Membership to Full Life Membership before receiving the award.
  6. I agree to present the thesis work through the online Zoom platform.
